# Where does an IT company find public tenders?

Public IT work spans three CPV divisions: 72 for IT services, 48 for software and 30 for hardware. In the measured Portuguese market of 2026 they carried 641, 355 and 543 opening announcements respectively. Public IT is less contested than its reputation: in the same register, software procedures show the highest single-bid share of any measured division, so the barrier is usually knowing in time, not out-competing a crowd.
