# Call-off

A call-off is an individual order placed under an existing framework agreement. Depending on the framework's rules it is either awarded directly to the ranked supplier or mini-competed among the suppliers already on it. Call-offs are where framework revenue actually appears, and they are often published in far less detail than the original notice.
