# DEUCP (Documento Europeu Único de Contratação Pública)

The DEUCP is the Portuguese instance of the European Single Procurement Document, the self-declaration a bidder submits in place of full qualification evidence. Under the current Código dos Contratos Públicos it replaces the Anexo I declaration that older guidance still references, which is a common and disqualifying mistake in Portuguese bids prepared from outdated templates.
