Etimad is Saudi Arabia's national government procurement and financial platform, through which public buyers publish tenders and manage supplier transactions. It is the single most important source for suppliers targeting Saudi public spending, including the programmes running under Vision 2030, and it requires registration before opportunities can be seen in full.
