# SECOP II (Sistema Electrónico de Contratación Pública)

SECOP II is Colombia's electronic public procurement system, operated by Colombia Compra Eficiente, through which public entities run tenders end to end and publish awards. It is the mandatory transactional platform for Colombian public buyers, so a supplier targeting Colombia registers there rather than monitoring entity websites individually.
