# Signals

Signals, in TRINTA, is the module for pre-tender intent: prior information notices, published project pipelines and frameworks aging toward their re-tender date, each traced to an official source. Signals answers a different question from Radar. Radar asks what is open now; Signals asks what will open, early enough to do something about it.
