## The WTO procurement agreement

Yes, for the procurement Singapore listed. As a party to the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement, Singapore committed to treat suppliers from the other parties, the EU among them, no less favourably than its own. What that covers is not the whole state: each party files annexes naming the buyers, the goods and services, and the value thresholds it opens, and anything outside those annexes is not covered by the agreement at all.

Instrument: WTO Agreement on Government Procurement, party since 1997.

## Where you would register

- GeBIZ (https://www.gebiz.gov.sg/ptn/opportunity/BOListing.xhtml): Singapore's government electronic business portal, where public tenders are published.

## A right to bid is not a notice

10 sources publish public procurement in Singapore and 4 of them are read by a dedicated connector. Registering on the national portal and stopping there watches one address out of 10. Every source: https://trinta.ai/government-tenders/singapore

This is not legal advice. Trade agreements grant what their annexes list, and a particular procedure's documents can require local registration, an agent or local content that no agreement overrides.
