## How to register with ADNOC

A supplier based in the UAE or overseas first registers with ADNOC and gets pre-qualified for at least one product or service group before doing any business with the ADNOC Group. Registration is centralised for every company in the group. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)

Where registration starts: [ADNOC Supplier Hub](https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)

1. Create an ADNOC Ariba user account, or log in and link an existing Ariba profile. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
2. Submit the registration request by completing the Profile Questionnaire. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
3. Fill in and submit the Integrity Due Diligence (IDD); ADNOC reviews and approves it before it processes the application. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
4. ADNOC's team reviews the application for completeness and asks for anything missing. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
5. Once every requirement is met the registration is approved; if it is not accepted, the supplier is told. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
6. An approved registration moves on to pre-qualification for the eligible product or service groups. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)

## What you need

- A licence issued by an Abu Dhabi authority, allowing the company to do business in the UAE, listing onshore and offshore oil and gas fields and facility services among its activities. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/services/registration)
- An overseas manufacturer registers through a local agent: a company based in Abu Dhabi with a valid commercial licence, under a valid, attested agency agreement that covers the product scope, facility location, duration and after-sales support. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)
- A UAE manufacturer outside Abu Dhabi with an industrial licence submits its request online through the supplier registration portal. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)

## Pre-qualification and categories

- After registration the supplier starts pre-qualification for its product or work group, with supporting documents such as relevant experience, a quality management system and HSE documentation; pre-qualification is what gets it invited to future tenders. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)
- Registration and pre-qualification carry no service fee. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)

## Local content

- An ICV certificate is not required to take part in ADNOC tenders, but suppliers with higher ICV scores get a competitive edge in the tendering process, and ADNOC expects the ICV documents in their commercial bids. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/icv-program)
- ICV certification is governed by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology through the National ICV Program, with a single certificate per legal entity. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/icv-program)

## Where ADNOC publishes its tenders

- Participation in ADNOC tenders is by invitation only: a pre-qualified supplier on the approved bidders list for a product or service receives the invitation. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)
- Most ADNOC tenders run through Ariba, and ADNOC charges no bid fee or earnest money deposit on its tenders. (https://supplierhub.adnoc.ae/faqs)
- Who sees them: By invitation, to registered suppliers.

## Not published

- A public list of open ADNOC tenders: not published on the ADNOC pages we read; confirm with ADNOC.
