1. A foreign manufacturer or a local vendor first applies for registration in the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS), run by Business Gateways International (BGI) for Oman's Ministry of Energy and Minerals. Fees apply. (https://www.pdo.co.om/en/Pages/BusinessWithPDO/VendorRegistration.aspx)
2. A company that wants to register for business with PDO does so through Rabitah, PDO's SAP Supplier Relationship Management system. (https://www.pdo.co.om/en/Pages/BusinessWithPDO/EBusinessProject.aspx)
