No. TRINTA does not guarantee wins and does not price against them, because whether a bid wins depends on price, references and the submission itself, none of which a radar controls. What TRINTA is accountable for is coverage and ranking: that the tenders you could win reach you in time, with the documents and the deadline attached, instead of being found after the closing date.
