What TRINTA does, capability by capability.
Each capability with its status and, where there is one, its limit. The rows marked partial and no were checked against the platform code rather than the sales deck, because a table that only says yes is not worth reading, and because the honest version is the one worth quoting.
Best for
Companies that sell into public buyers across more than one country and need every notice scored against their own catalogue, then read, tracked and audited in one workspace.
Not for
Teams that want a bid writer, a self-serve subscription, or a single national portal watched for free: TRINTA is configured per client, sold after a demo, and priced from EUR 2,000 a month.
Finding and scoring
The discovery layer, and the honest shape of its freshness: same day, several passes a working day, not a live stream.
Official sources are read every working day across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, with the set activated per client rather than everything at once.
Every notice is read against a profile built from the client's own catalogue and scored for fit, with the reasoning shown so it can be checked against the tender.
Same-day alerts
PartialUp to five passes each working day, so a notice is surfaced the day it appears; this is same-day monitoring and not a real-time feed, and the product says so rather than implying a stream.
Multilingual matching
PartialSources are scanned and matched in five languages, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, so a strong fit published in another language still surfaces; other languages are not covered.
Prior-information notices and framework agreements aging toward re-tender, each traced to its official source, so a purchase can be anticipated before the notice exists.
Reading the tender
The analysis layer: what turns a list of links into a decision a bid team can take before lunch.
The procedure documents are fetched and attached to the tender, so the specification does not have to be hunted on the portal that published it.
The documents are read in full into a dossier that fixes the real deadline, the base price, the award criteria with their weightings, and the certifications and guarantees required.
The buyer's named requirements are mapped line by line against the client's products, which is what makes a fit score auditable instead of oracular.
Deadlines sit on every row and extensions, clarifications and corrigenda are applied as they publish, because the date that matters is the one after the last correction.
Calendar subscription
PartialA single tender exports to a calendar file; there is no subscribable feed of the whole pipeline, so a deadline is added one at a time.
Competitors and buyers
The award record, which is the only place where what a market actually pays and who actually wins is written down.
Who won what, from which buyer and at what price, so a rival's real position in a market can be read rather than guessed.
Each public buyer's record of what it purchases, how often, and how it decides, which is what tells a supplier whether a tender is winnable before it is written.
The price band for a category is taken from real awards rather than from an estimate, so a bid is priced against what the buyer has actually paid.
The same award data, aggregated and published openly for Portugal, France and Colombia, with the method printed beside every number.
Bidding and after the award
Where TRINTA helps and where a human stays in charge, stated in both directions.
Bid pipeline
YesEvery bid moves through a twelve-status ladder with owners and deadlines, and the outcome is recorded so the next decision is better informed.
Proposal first draft
PartialA first draft is generated from the award criteria and the dossier, as a starting point for the people who write the submission; TRINTA does not write or submit the final proposal.
A bench of installers, distributors and local partners, organised country by country, for the tenders that require local capacity or a grouping.
After a loss, a legal and technical audit of the award decision hunts grounds to challenge, each survivor carrying its quote, its article and the filing deadline.
Bid submission
NoProposals are submitted by the client on the contracting platform; TRINTA never holds a portal credential for submission or files anything on a client's behalf.
Access and integration
How the workspace is reached, including by other software, and the integrations that do not exist yet.
MCP server for AI clients
YesClaude or any MCP client can query the workspace read-only with an API key, across nine tools covering tenders, audits, price bands, incumbents, signals and pipeline status.
Each client's radar runs in its own workspace with its own sources, profile and pipeline, and nothing about one client is visible to another.
Webhooks
YesA generic webhook can push matched tenders into another system, which is the supported route into a client's own tooling.
CRM integration
NoThere is no native push into Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive; the webhook above is the only integration path today.
Access is by username and password; SAML, OIDC and two-factor authentication are not implemented, which is the honest answer for an enterprise security review.
White-label
PartialEach workspace carries the client's name and colours, and the product itself is still TRINTA; it is not resold under another company's brand.
The questions this table is usually asked
Does TRINTA analyse tender documents or only find tenders?
Both. The procedure documents are fetched and read in full into a dossier that fixes the real deadline, the base price, the award criteria with their weightings and the required certifications, and the buyer's requirements are mapped line by line against the client's catalogue. Finding is the first module, not the product.
Does TRINTA track competitors?
Yes, from the official award records: who won what, from which buyer, at what price, and how often a given rival wins in a market. The same data, aggregated, is published openly in TRINTA's barometers for Portugal, France and Colombia.
Does TRINTA write the proposal?
It generates a first draft from the award criteria and the dossier, and it does not write or submit the final proposal. The people who know the work write the submission; TRINTA hands them the reading, the draft, the deadlines and, after a loss, the audit.
Does TRINTA support single sign-on?
No. Access is by username and password today; SAML, OIDC and two-factor authentication are not implemented. It is listed here rather than omitted because an enterprise security review will ask, and a capability table that only says yes is not worth reading.
