1. Service Description

Trinta AI (“Trinta”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered tender intelligence platform that aggregates public and private procurement opportunities across Africa, the Middle East, and the European Union. Our service includes tender discovery, AI-based matching, email alerts, and analytics tools.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Provide accurate company information for AI matching.
Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download tender data.
Not resell or redistribute tender data obtained through Trinta.
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe or Flutterwave.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of a new subscription. After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
Failed payments may result in a downgrade to the Free tier after a 7-day grace period.

4. Data Accuracy

Trinta aggregates tender data from public sources and private organizations. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any tender data. Always verify critical information at the original source before submitting a bid.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trinta is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including missed tender deadlines, inaccurate matching scores, or failed payments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
