Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
01
The service
TRINTA ("TRINTA", "we", "us") provides a per-client tender intelligence workspace. For each client we build a keyword profile from the client's products, scan official public procurement sources daily, match and score the resulting notices for the client's fit, retrieve the associated tender documents where available, and deliver the results in a private workspace and a daily digest.
The service is sold per client, on a scope and price agreed with you in writing before we build (the "Engagement"). There is no self-serve product and no public marketplace.
02
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate company information so the matching reflects your business.
- Keep your team's workspace credentials confidential.
- Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the workspace.
- Not resell or redistribute data obtained through TRINTA outside your organisation.
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
03
Fees and term
Fees, term and billing are set in your Engagement, agreed before the workspace is built. Unless the Engagement says otherwise, engagements are annual and invoiced in advance.
If an invoice remains unpaid, we may suspend access after a 14-day grace period and written notice. Cancellation and refund terms follow your Engagement.
04
Tender data and accuracy
TRINTA reads tender notices and documents from official public sources. We work to keep the data accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of any notice, deadline, budget or document. Always verify critical information at the original source before submitting a bid; the buyer's portal is the authoritative record.
05
Intellectual property and your data
The platform, including its software, scoring and design, belongs to TRINTA. Your company profile, your keyword profile and the data your team creates in the workspace belong to you, and we use them only to provide the service.
06
Confidentiality
Each client's workspace is private to that client. We do not share your profile, your pipeline or your workspace activity with other clients, and we treat non-public information you share with us during scoping and onboarding as confidential.
07
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed tender deadlines or decisions taken on matching scores. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Lisbon. We comply with the GDPR and applicable data protection law; see the Privacy Policy.
09
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date, and notify active clients of material changes. For legal enquiries: legal@trinta.ai.
