Ultra Controlo
Ultra Controlo · Medical gas · Portugal
Context
Ultra Controlo is a Portuguese medical-gas manufacturer with forty-five years of installed plants behind it: hospital oxygen plants, PSA generators, vacuum systems, full pipeline networks. Its buyers are public hospitals and health ministries, which means its revenue lives in public procurement.
The problem was never the product. It was visibility. The tenders that fit the catalogue were published across dozens of national portals, in Portuguese, French, Spanish, English and Arabic, behind different logins and different formats. A commercial team can watch a handful of portals well. Nobody can watch hundreds, every day, in five languages.
Tenders the company was built to win were being published, running their course and closing, unseen.
Week one
TRINTA read the product families and built a multilingual keyword profile: every way a buyer might describe an oxygen plant, in every language the markets tender in. Then the radar started scanning, 900+ official sources every day.
In the first week, it surfaced a EUR 700,000 hospital tender the team had never seen. Right products, right region, and, because it was caught at publication rather than by accident weeks later, enough days still on the clock to bid properly.
The win
The tender arrived scored for fit, with the notice, the technical specifications and the annexes already attached. No portal hunt, no requesting documents, no lost days. The bid team went straight to the work that wins bids: reading the specification and writing the response.
Ultra Controlo submitted, and won, 2 weeks after the tender first appeared on the radar. The first tender it surfaced covered the cost of the system many times over.
Month one
By the end of the first month, the radar had qualified more than EUR 30M+ in opportunities that fit the catalogue: hospital oxygen plants in Africa, pipeline systems in Europe, generator supply in the Gulf, each scored 0 to 100 for fit, each with its documents attached.
Not a feed of ten thousand notices. A working pipeline, small enough to read over coffee and real enough to plan revenue around.
The setup
A multilingual keyword profile built from the product families, in the languages its markets tender in. Agents scanning 900+ official sources daily across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, 145+ countries in all. Every match scored 0 to 100 for fit, documents pulled in automatically, and a morning digest at 6:00 with the handful worth the team's time.
Disclosure
TRINTA was built inside it, proven on its pipeline, then offered to others. We say this plainly because it is the strongest thing about the product: it was not designed in the abstract for a market segment. It was built for a real bid team, run on real revenue, and every feature exists because that team needed it.
Your workspace gets the same system, configured for your catalogue and your regions.
In week one, the radar paid for itself.
In month one, it built a pipeline.
