The platform axis, in four languages

One page per named tender platform, the query an active bidder actually types: /tender-platforms in English (252 platforms, from Etimad and SECOP II to TED and the licensed Portuguese platforms), with Spanish, French and Arabic twins declaring reciprocal hreflang, and a measured Portuguese surface at /plataformas-de-concursos with each licensed platform's real 2026 share of announcements, from the IMPIC open register. The registry behind it all now stands at 1,539 platforms mapped, 1010+ scanned daily per client profile, 860+ dedicated connectors, 153+ countries.

Daily coverage passes 990+ sources

The Middle East was the thinnest region on the map, so it got a dedicated wave. Every mapped Gulf and wider-region platform that was not yet live was probed by hand, and the ones that answered were built: national boards, port and utility authorities, and buyers whose tender lists turned out to be public even though their front page asks for a login. Two more lanes joined it, both of them tenders nobody was reading: the foreign buyers who procure inside the region, where the place of performance is what makes a notice local, and the European Union's own Funding and Tenders portal. Live daily scanning now runs across 990+ official sources drawn from a map of 1,519 verified procurement platforms in 145+ countries, served by 850+ dedicated connectors. The same wave also audited every field the region emits and corrected what was wrong, including links that opened a login wall instead of the notice and rows that were archive entries rather than open tenders. Three connectors were built and then taken back off the live count when the production run proved the portals refuse our egress: a source is only claimed once it has fetched. Nothing here is a projection: these are the sources read yesterday.

Daily coverage passes 900+ sources

Coverage roughly doubled again since the July step. Live daily scanning now runs across 900+ official sources drawn from a map of 1,509 verified procurement platforms in 145+ countries, served by 760+ dedicated connectors. The growth came the same disciplined way as before: national platforms that route every public buyer in a country, the TED layer for all 27 EU member states, and the multilateral institutions, each one probed live before it enters the map. The build gate still runs on every deploy, so a platform that stops responding leaves the count instead of quietly inflating it. Nothing here is a projection: these are the sources read yesterday.

Daily coverage passes 500 sources

Live daily coverage grew from 300+ to 500+ sources, without adding a single fragile scraper. The step came from mapping how procurement law actually routes notices: every EU public buyer, utility and defence body must publish above-threshold notices to TED, which we scan daily; countries like Brazil (PNCP), Colombia (SECOP II), Chile (Mercado Publico), Ukraine (ProZorro), Saudi Arabia (Etimad), South Africa (eTenders), Kenya, Ghana, Uganda and a dozen more route all public buyers through one national platform we already read; and UN agencies publish on UNGM. Each covered platform is labelled exactly that way in the product, COVERED via its feed, never presented as a dedicated connector. The remaining mapped platforms stay pending and activate per client, and buyers with their own procurement regimes (a Saudi Aramco, a QatarEnergy) are deliberately not claimed until they have a dedicated connector.

The platform map passes 1,000 verified platforms

The platform map more than doubled, and got stricter at the same time. Over 500 newly verified official procurement platforms joined the registry, taking it past 1,000 platforms across more than 130 countries: Europe grew from a TED-centred view to 170+ national and regional portals, Asia entered the map from India and Pakistan to Southeast and East Asia, and North America and Oceania opened as new regions. Quality gates the count: every candidate URL is probed live and its page must show real procurement content, one host means one platform, aggregators and news pages are banned, and dead links are rejected. Roughly 200 candidates failed that bar and were left out. The same gate now runs on every build, so the map can only grow with platforms that actually work. Daily scanning stays curated per client profile (500+ sources), and each mapped platform activates for a client the moment their markets need it.

The coverage map: every market you can win, on one screen

The coverage view became a live strategy map. Zoom into a region and read each market by its state: where a local partner is already signed, where candidates are waiting on the bench, and where a tender is live with nobody yet to bid it. Every country carries its own numbers, and one click opens its full dossier: the open tenders, the partners on the ground, and the results so far. It is the whole board on one screen, built to plan the next market from.

The partner desk: your bench, as a workspace

Finding a local partner turned into managing them. Each partner now has a profile, an activity timeline, and a stage on the path from first contact to deal-ready, with the markets they cover on record. When a tender needs a partner on the ground, the shortlist is already there, tracked country by country, instead of living in someone's inbox.

AI bid draft, grounded in the tender

From a qualified tender, TRINTA now writes a first draft of the bid in one click, grounded in the notice, its specifications, and your own catalogue. It is a starting document, not a finished submission: the structure, the requirement-by-requirement responses, and your matching products are already in place, so the team edits rather than starts from a blank page.

Win intelligence and Buyer DNA, read from real awards

Every tender now carries a read of the odds and the going rate, taken from real award notices rather than a guess: who tends to win this kind of contract, and what it usually closes at. Each contracting authority gained a Buyer DNA page too: its live tenders, its award history, the firms that keep winning there, and its typical contract value, all in one place. Market Pulse rolls the same award data up to the level of a whole market.

Signals: see the tender before it is published

Most radars start when a tender publishes. Signals starts earlier. It tracks prior-information notices, where a buyer has already flagged a coming purchase, and framework awards aging toward their re-tender date, each on its own requalification clock. You position while the field is still forming, and every signal traces back to its official source notice, so nothing on the screen is a rumour.

TRINTA opened up. An MCP server lets Claude, or any MCP client, query your workspace directly, so your pipeline answers questions from inside your own AI, and any tender can still leave as a clean WhatsApp briefing for a colleague. Your radar meets your team wherever they already work.

The platform map passes 450 official platforms

TRINTA's platform map now spans 450+ official procurement platforms across more than 100 countries, with 250+ sources scanned daily per client profile: national portals across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe (all 27 EU member states through TED, plus the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland), alongside the global and multilateral institutions. The tender archive passed one million analysed notices. Every new platform is folded into existing client profiles automatically, so coverage grows without anyone changing a setting.

When a tender matches a client profile, TRINTA now fetches the full procurement file set and attaches it to the listing. The notice, specifications and annexes arrive together, so nothing stays behind a portal login. Each tender lands ready to read, ready to qualify.

Live with our first client

Ultra Controlo, a 40-year medical-gas manufacturer in Portugal, became TRINTA's first client. In its first week the system surfaced a EUR 700,000 hospital tender the team had never seen, and Ultra Controlo won it two weeks later. More than EUR 30M in qualified opportunities surfaced in the first month.
