MODULE 07 / 07

We read your bid.
We read the winner's.

Upload the documents, your bid and the winner's. Both are held against the same criteria and the asymmetries surface on their own. Every ground for exclusion is attacked in private before you see it. Only the survivors reach you, with the literal quote, the article and the filing deadline in working days.

SURVIVED ADVERSARIAL PASS · 1 OF 3

01Why an autopsy

Losing is expensive. Losing blind is worse.

Award decisions get contested less than they deserve, and mostly by whoever can afford a law firm's first week. The grounds are real: formulas misapplied, criteria drifting mid-procedure, winners missing what the documents demanded. They sit in the file, unread, until the window closes.

Forensics reads the file the day you lose. Every candidate ground is attacked before you ever see it: what survives comes with the literal quote, the legal article it rests on, whether the defect can still be cured, and the working days you have left to act.

02How it runs

Find. Attack. Report what survives.

01

Upload the file

The procedure documents, the award decision, the winner's proposal. Forensics works from the record, not from the grudge.

02

Find, then attack

A multi-lens audit hunts grounds; an adversarial pass tries to refute each one. Weak arguments die here, in private.

03

Act inside the window

Survivors arrive with quote, article and cure status, against a deadline counted in working days. You decide with the clock visible.

03One instrument, two directions

Run it after you lose. Better: run it before you submit.

DIRECTION A ▸ AFTER THE AWARD

Contest the award

When the decision smells wrong, get the grounds that survive attack, with citations and the filing window. Escalate with your lawyers from evidence, not indignation.

DIRECTION B ▸ BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

Harden your own bid

Run the same audit on your proposal before it goes out. Every finding comes back as a vulnerability with the fix to make first, while fixing is still cheap.

04In the product

What Forensics ships with.

07.1

Literal quotes

Every ground cites the exact passage it rests on. No paraphrase between you and the file.

07.2

The article, named

Findings are pinned to the legal provisions they invoke, ready for the conversation with counsel.

07.3

Cure status

Whether the defect can still be fixed is part of the finding, because it changes what to do next.

07.4

Working-day deadlines

Filing windows are counted the way tribunals count them. The clock on screen is the clock that matters.

07.5

Both proposals read

Yours and the winner's, held against the same criteria. Asymmetries surface on their own.

07.6

Private by design

Forensics cases live in your workspace alone. Nobody learns you looked.

05Works the rack

The last module is a loop.

What Forensics finds flows back: sharper case files, harder bids, a ledger that explains itself. The rack closes into a circle.

Bring us a loss.

The demo is better with a real award decision on the table. Twenty minutes, and you will know if it deserved a fight.
