What surfaced
Run against the profile, the radar surfaced 1,607 public tenders that map to the group's works families, spread across 48 countries in its three home regions. Six hundred of them were open at the time of the run, with live deadlines still on the clock.
The mix looks like the business. Railways and metro is the largest single band at 42 percent of matches, dams and water infrastructure follows at 32 percent, then roads and bridges, buildings and civil works, ports, mining and energy. Real notices, in the sectors this group builds, that no single person was watching for.
The audit
Surfacing is only half the job. Each of the 1,607 notices was then read by an audit agent and scored 0 to 100 for how well it actually fits the group, with a written rationale and, where the buyer published them, the documents pulled in and attached.
