Tender intelligence is the practice of monitoring public procurement sources, judging each opportunity against what a specific company sells, and carrying the good ones through to a decision. It is distinguished from tender alerting, which matches keywords and forwards results, by the addition of scoring, document retrieval and outcome tracking.
