Each page carries the legal name and the NIF, the contracts won and the value awarded, how many public buyers are behind them, the CPV divisions the company sells under, its most recent awards and the companies winning with the same buyers. It is every company with at least €1,000,000 awarded in public contracts published on Portal BASE in 2026 to date: 1,409 companies, one public page each, built from the IMPIC open-data register and refreshed with each edition, the last on 15 Aug 2026.

Why only companies above €1,000,000?

24,596 legal persons won something on Portal BASE in 2026 to date, most of them a single small contract. The line at €1,000,000 keeps every page a company a public buyer has already trusted with seven figures this year, and keeps the set at 1,409 pages a reader or a crawler can actually walk.

Where does the data come from?

From Portal BASE (base.gov.pt), the Portuguese public contract register, released as open data by IMPIC. TRINTA counts and sums the 154,118 contracts of 2026 to date, edition 15 Aug 2026; nothing is estimated, and a contract signed in consortium is credited in full to each member, as the register records it.
