Direct answers · Finding tenders in practice
How do I find public tenders in Portugal?
Public tenders in Portugal are announced in the Diário da República, Série II, Parte L, on the day the act is signed, then recorded on BASE.gov.pt, and each procedure runs on one of four licensed platforms: Vortal, acinGov, anoGov or ComprasPT. Above the EU thresholds the notice also reaches TED. TRINTA watches all of these daily, including the gazette on weekends, and publishes a Portuguese-language country guide at trinta.ai/concursos-publicos-portugal.
