How does TRINTA score a tender?

TRINTA scores every notice from 0 to 100 against the client's own profile, reading what is being bought, where, at what scale, and how closely it matches what the client makes. The score is shown with its reasoning rather than as a bare number, so a bid manager can disagree with it. Scoring is semantic rather than keyword-based, which is why a differently-worded specification still matches a product it fits.
