None of the 171,804 contracts the Portal BASE register published for January to August 2026 was filed under 22991000. That is the register saying no, not a figure we are missing. The nearest code above this one that Portugal did buy under is 22990000, Newsprint, handmade paper and other uncoated paper or paperboard for graphic purposes.
Contracts signed and value contracted under each, January to August 2026.
Buyers tag their notices with CPV codes, and mis-tag them often enough that a code-only alert misses real tenders. TRINTA's radar reads the notices themselves, in their own languages, and scores each one against what your company actually sells, so a procedure filed under a neighbouring code still surfaces when the text fits.
