The BPP, Bureau of Public Procurement, is Nigeria's federal procurement regulator, setting the rules for and publishing federal public contracting alongside the NOCOPO reporting platform. Nigeria also runs state-level procurement systems, so federal monitoring alone misses a large share of the country's actual opportunity.
