GHANEPS, the Ghana Electronic Procurement System, is Ghana's national e-procurement platform, through which public entities advertise tenders and receive bids electronically. Registration is required to participate, and it is the authoritative publication point for Ghanaian public opportunity that would otherwise be scattered across individual ministry websites.
