The CCP, Código dos Contratos Públicos, is the Portuguese public contracts code: the law governing how public contracts are advertised, competed, awarded and challenged in Portugal. It sets the procedure types, the deadlines, the qualification regime and the grounds and windows for contesting an award, including how working days are counted.
