DEUCP

The DEUCP is the Portuguese instance of the European Single Procurement Document, the self-declaration a bidder submits in place of full qualification evidence, in procedures advertised in the EU Official Journal.

In procedures started up to 30 September 2026 it replaces the Anexo I declaration there; for procedures started after that date, Decree-Law 177/2026 revoked the Anexo I declaration altogether, so templates that still carry it are out of date for new procedures.
