South Africa's eTenders portal publishes government tender opportunities, and the Central Supplier Database, or CSD, is the single registry a supplier must join to do business with the South African state. The two work together: eTenders shows the opportunity, CSD registration is the precondition for bidding on it, and CSD registration takes time to complete.
