Development bank procurement

Development bank procurement is the contracting done under projects financed by institutions such as the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. The borrowing government runs the tender but the bank's procurement rules apply, and the project pipeline is published long before the tenders are, which makes it the most predictable large-contract flow in emerging markets.
