Mercado Público is Chile's national public procurement platform, operated by ChileCompra, where state bodies publish and award purchases. It is one of the longest-running centralised procurement systems in Latin America and the required route to Chilean public contracts, including the framework catalogues that carry a large share of routine state buying.
