The PNCP, Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas, is Brazil's national public procurement portal, the mandatory publication point for federal, state and municipal contracting under the current Brazilian procurement law. It carries an open API, which makes Brazil one of the more machine-readable large procurement markets in the world.
