ProZorro
ProZorro is Ukraine's public e-procurement system, built on an open-data architecture in which all tender and award data is published and accessible through an API. It is widely cited as a transparency benchmark, and its openness makes Ukrainian procurement unusually easy to monitor programmatically compared with most national systems.
