The count and the value cover every procedure type; the bid figures cover open procedures only, because in a direct award the buyer chooses who bids. A mean is published from 10 open procedures up and a single-bid share from 30, so a rate on this page always rests on enough of them to mean something. All 26 divisions ranked.

France publishes its essential procurement data, the DECP, with the number of offers received on every marché, a field its own schema makes mandatory.
