France publishes its essential procurement data, the DECP, with the number of offers received on every marché, a field its own schema makes mandatory. January to July 2026, Two things to read alongside the figures: the amount is the notified amount, which for a framework agreement is the ceiling rather than the spend; and the bid figures exclude marchés passed without publicity or competition, where a single offer is the design of the procedure. 17 competed marchés declared their offers here, 3.2 on average; the median is shown because an allotted marché repeats the whole consultation's offer count on each lot, which inflates a mean and leaves the median alone. Same bars as Portugal: a mean from 10 procedures, a single-offer share from 30. Buyers are named from their SIRET through the public company register. The French barometer and its method.

Buyers tag their notices with CPV codes, and mis-tag them often enough that a code-only alert misses real tenders. TRINTA's radar reads the notices themselves, in their own languages, and scores each one against what your company actually sells, so a procedure filed under a neighbouring code still surfaces when the text fits.
