02Where do hospitals publish their tenders?
Hospitals publish in two places at once: the national procurement portal, which carries the formal procedure, and increasingly their own site or their purchasing agency's, which carries it first. Central medical purchasing agencies, the bodies that buy medicines and devices for a whole country, are a third channel again.
