France publishes its essential procurement data, the DECP, with the number of offers received on every marché, a field its own schema makes mandatory. The EU Official Journal carries the same measurement for every member state: eForms requires the count of submissions received on every contract award notice. 37.6% of the 69 lots awarded under this code across the Union drew a single bid, and the median lot drew 2.
