How to register as a supplier on Etimad
Any supplier that wants to bid: Etimad's own FAQ says tenders are applied for online by registering on Etimad and selecting the tender. Source: portal.etimad.sa
On Etimad, select "Supplier with no commercial registry", the route Etimad gives foreign establishments, and fill in the information required.
