Government tenders in Spain: where they are published.

Public tenders in Spain are published across 13 sources TRINTA has mapped. The national channels are Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público and BOE, sección V. Beyond those, 11 more sources publish their own notices: 4 health buyers, hospitals and medical purchasing agencies, 3 state-owned enterprises publishing their own notices, 2 regional, state and municipal buyers with their own portals and 2 other public buyers publishing their own notices. Above the EU thresholds, notices also appear on TED, the Tenders Electronic Daily.

For suppliers of medical devices, consumables or medical gases, TRINTA reads those pages every day along with Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público.

46.8% of the 167,669 lots awarded from January to September 2026 that the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público publishes, counted lot by lot on its open data (the profiles it hosts and the seven regional platforms that publish on it by aggregation, minor contracts excluded). TRINTA reads Spain's official sources every day, 13 mapped, 11 read by a dedicated connector. The radar is built per client: it starts from the company's real catalogue, builds a multilingual keyword profile, scores every notice 0 to 100 for fit with the reasoning shown, and attaches the procedure documents. Any company that wants to follow or bid for Spanish public contracts: the platform's guide says the only data needed to register as an economic operator is an email address, and the personalised services are free. 1. On the platform's "Empresas" page, click "Registrarse" and fill in a user name, an email address and a password. 2. Activate the account from the link the platform sends by email, entering the user name and password. 3. To bid electronically, complete the additional data of the company profile as well as the basic registration data: without them only the basic services (subscriptions, searches, alerts) are available. 4. Prepare the computer: an up-to-date Java (preferably from version 1.8), the Autofirma application and an electronic certificate recognised by the Administración General del Estado (@firma). 5. Fill in the responsible declaration on the model the tender documents give, which follows the European Single Procurement Document (DEUC, the ESPD). 6. Prepare and submit the offer with the platform's Herramienta de Preparación y Presentación de ofertas, in the electronic envelopes the contracting body defines.
